Located in Worcester County, Cherry Valley is a village that straddles the line between the eastern portion of Leicester and the western portion of Worcester. Cherry Valley is a suburban neighborhood that is largely comprised of medium-sized (three or four bedrooms) to small-sized (studio to two bedrooms) single-family homes and small apartment buildings. Several of these residences are historic, having been built prior to 1939, while most of the other homes were constructed in between 1940 and 1969.
