Downtown Worcester is an urban neighborhood that is considered the heart of the city. When renovations are complete, CitySquare will have created more than 2.2 million square feet of commercial, medical, retail, entertainment, and residential real estate space. The completed project includes a 350-unit residential development that will boast ground level retail. Also found in Downtown Worcester is the Worcester Medical Center, Federal Square, Lincoln Square and the Worcester Historical Museum.
