At Malden Gardens, residents can choose between two different floor plans. They can choose between a one bedroom with a one and half bathroom and a two bedroom with two bathrooms. Malden Grades is located in Worcester, Massachusetts, and there are a lot of features that residents can take advantage of. For instance, there is a clubhouse, a fitness center, and a swimming pool on the premises for the residents take advantage of, and all apartments or condos have high speed internet access. As far as security goes, residents have controlled access to the building and their unit, which helps to keep unwanted guests out and off of the premises.

Unfortunately, there is not a place to hook up a washer and dryer in the unit, but Malden Gardens does have a laundry facility on the premises for residents to take advantage of. Within the units, residents can enjoy air conditioning in the winter and disability access is also available for residents who require it. All of the closets within the units are considered to be oversized, and within the kitchen, residents will find a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a refrigerator. The kitchens provide their residents with plenty of counter and cabinet space, and the bathrooms are spacious, which allows them to enjoy relaxing in a nice bath. All of the units at Malden Garden have carpet within all of the bedrooms, but the rest of the unit is covered with a beautifully finished hardwood floor.

Residents of the Malden Garden condo community can also take advantage of some of the top public school systems in the state of Massachusetts, and all of the schools in the area are less than three miles away from Malden Gardens. Currently, there is a no pet policy at Malden Garden, and they require a 12 month lease to be signed upon moving in.
