The condos that can be found at the Salisbury Hill community are rather new. They were all built back in 2007, and they are located off of Salisbury Hill Boulevard within the city of Worcester, Massachusetts. In order to assist in keeping the grounds within this community beautiful, most of the lawns have automatic sprinkler systems to make sure that they receive enough water and are always green. The heating system that is used for these condos is a forced air heating system, and most of the homes have a porch on the front of them.

The neighborhood at Salisbury Hill is very quiet and peaceful due to the excellent residents within this condo community. Most of the condos have a fireplace within them for a homey feel, and for those who enjoy cooking; they will enjoy the state of the art kitchen design. Most of the countertops throughout these condos are black granite, and the kitchen has a lot of cabinet and counter space for the cook to spread out and prepare their meals. These condos were designed with Cathedral style ceilings, which are a little higher than usual, and some of the rooms even have skylights within them that let in a natural and beautiful light from the outside.

The Salisbury Hill condo community is within a great public school district. All of the schools that cater to this community are less than three miles away, and the three schools that educate this area and the community is West Tatnuck Elementary School, Mountview Middle School, and Doherty Memorial High School. They have all received a wonderful rating from the school officials. This community provides easy access for anyone who is wishing to visit or for residents who are in the need of commuting to and from different places on a daily basis.
