Sunderland is an affluent neighborhood in South Worcester. The residences in the Sunderland neighborhood are newer than a lot of homes in Worcester. Most were built between 1970 and present day, although a number of residences were also constructed between 1940 and 1969. Need a ride to anywhere else in the neighborhood or city? There is a bus route along Massasoit Road.
